Vigilo Video Solutions &
Services
Law Enforcement Solutions
Vigilo is actively involved in providing centrally monitored
traffic and crowd control systems that can assist law
enforcement agencies for day-to-day public safety as
well as individual high visibility events that often
provide the stimulus for prototype deployments. Police
departments with Vigilo video systems can more effectively
respond to incidences in the field providing
the public with better safety and security while saving
time and manpower.

Commercial Solutions
Digital video improves communication and extends the
reach of todays geographically distributed enterprises.
Today, cost-effective Vigilo video systems let office
staff see for themselves whats happening in facilities,
outlets, warehouses and plant sites. Other surveillance-oriented
systems monitor dozens or even hundreds of locations
simultaneously with software alerts, freeing existing
staff to concentrate on higher value tasks and offering
visual security anytime, anywhere.

Infrastructure Solutions
Vigilo video systems protecting high-value infrastructure
earn a high return on investment. Vigilo systems using
wireless cameras enable security personnel to monitor
remote-, theft- and vandal-prone areas from the comfort,
control and safety of a central location. Vigilo video
systems bring situational awareness and emergency preparedness
for critical infrastructure security and surveillance
through complete visual data management, analytics and
archiving through secured Internet access and control.

Video Management Services
Vigilo offers a variety of ongoing video management
services. For example, Vigilo will store an exact duplicate
of your surveillance video separately and securely.
Vigilo stores your video in highly reliable EMC disk
arrays that are compliant with the records management
requirements of the U.S. Department of Defense Electronic
Records Management Standard (DOD 5015). Vigilos
video storage is also compliant with the Safe Harbor
authentication guidelines for the European Unions
Data Protection Act of 1998.
The Safe Harbor guidelines were developed by the U.S.
Department of Commerce in conjunction with the EU. The
Data Protection Act requires that "appropriate
technical and organizational measures shall be taken
against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage
to, personal data" where personal data refers to
the "alleged commission of any offence."
